Ritwa is the customer-facing brand. Sales, invoices, and legal matters are in the name of Shree Pithad Creation.

We sell ethnic apparel and related fashion products directly to consumers in India through this website. Checkout is guest-only — you do not need to create a shopper account to place an order. We are not a marketplace listing third-party sellers unless explicitly stated on a product page.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the site under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when placing an order.
• You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.

We display product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and prices in good faith. The colour or detail you see can look slightly different on your phone, tablet, or computer because of screen settings, brightness, and lighting. Minor variations in shade, weave, embroidery, or fit may also occur with ethnic garments due to fabric batches and handwork.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Retail Price (MRP), where shown, is as per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules.
• Discounts, coupons, and offers apply only as described at checkout and cannot be combined unless we allow it.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order acceptance (Cash on Delivery). We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or legal restriction.

• Online payments are processed through authorised payment partners (e.g. Cashfree). We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered selectively and can include handling charges shown at checkout.
• An order is placed only after payment is successful (online) or the order is accepted (COD). If a payment is failed, dropped, or incomplete, no order is created.
• If money was deducted for a failed or incomplete online payment, it will be refunded by the payment partner or bank as per their timelines. Contact us with your payment reference if you need help.
• Order confirmation and updates may be sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide.

Delivery on eligible orders within India is free. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout or on the order confirmation page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier capacity, weather, festivals, or remote pin codes.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or refusal to accept the parcel, we may treat the order as cancelled under our Return Policy. For prepaid orders, the order amount is refundable with no shipping charge deducted. For COD orders, any COD handling fee charged at checkout is non-refundable.
• Country of origin / manufacture is mentioned on the product page or invoice where applicable.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before purchasing.

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or interfere with site security.
• Do not post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through reviews, forms, or support channels.
• Do not use the site for resale, bulk buying for commercial resale, or fraudulent chargebacks without valid reason.

All website content — including brand name, logos, photographs, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Shree Pithad Creation. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

Complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within 30 days from receipt, or earlier where possible. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or your local Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for unresolved disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to file complaints in your place of residence under consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
