How do I track my order?+
Use your order ID and the mobile number used at checkout on the Track order page. When the parcel is with Delhivery, you can also follow it with the AWB from your shipping email.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders reach within 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. You’ll get an email when the order is shipped and again when it is out for delivery.
Do you offer cash on delivery?+
Yes, COD is available on eligible pincodes. Pay cash to the courier when the parcel arrives. Online prepaid orders are packed after payment is confirmed.
What is your return window?+
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all parts (such as dupatta). See the Return policy for full terms.
Why should I record an unboxing video?+
Please record a short video of the sealed parcel as you open it. If something is damaged, missing, or not as ordered, that video helps us approve your return faster.
How do I start a return or exchange?+
WhatsApp us on 9327684129 with your order ID, photos or unboxing video, and what you need (return, exchange, or refund). Eligible prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method in 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?+
You can ask us to cancel before the parcel is dispatched. Once it has shipped, wait for delivery and request a return under the Return policy.
What sizes do you offer?+
Sizes are listed on each product page. Open Size guide on the product for measurements. If a size is unavailable, WhatsApp us and we’ll check stock or suggest a similar piece.
